Human Skills For IT Professionals (BTE-B01)

Description
The course opens with an examination of the idea of unique Models of the World, and looks at some common problems in dealing with other people.

The NLP Communication Model relies on the computing paradigm of input-process-output and is an excellent basis for IT professionals to approach practical human skills. It is followed with some important ideas about internal reality and external reality with some ideas for noticing the impact of each.

Perceptual Positions encourages participants to increase the flexibility of their attitudes towards others, and finally two language patterns offer very practical tools in listening to other people (particularly non-technical clients).
