Getting Recruitment Right - Interviewing Wizardry (BTE-B03)

Description
To get much deeper insights into what the applicant is communicating, we start with MotW and some basics before looking at what is happening in general in human communication (NLP Communication model).

Some behavioural presuppositions illuminate the way interview-stress may affect the applicant’s responses.

Chunking offers an opportunity to ask more-abstract, less-detail questions to allow the participant to drill down in their own way in their response.

The same goes for the Meta Model insights: the interviewer learns to listen for the UQ and MO markers and also to use the same patterns to generate an insightful response.
