Dealing With Workplace Emotions (BTE-B05)

Description
Using the concept of Model of the World the course looks at how humans manage the overwhelming amount of incoming sensory info (NLP Communication Model).

Mind-Body interaction content illustrates the impact of this on the physiological level, where emotions are often the result of these observations.

The course concludes with a look at how the ability to shift one’s perceptual position can help manage emotions in a professional setting.
